This is the greatest site! I have been doing and teaching polymer clay for some years now, but it never ceases to amaze me how much I learn from these Cindy’s videos, even tho I must have every book that’s worth having on Poly, LOL. It also helps me to keep focused on Polymer Clay. I’m sure you will have fun here and whatever you do with it… and it will enhance what you already know. ~Elizabeth-K >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Jewelry

Even if you’re already confident in your polymer clay ability and knowledge, Cindy’s tutorials are very useful. As a group, we are able to suggest what tutorials will be taught next. I personally am not all about animal prints, but I did learn a few tips and techniques from the video that I didn’t have before (and that’s why I’m here). I’m lucky enough to have a learning style that works well with books. So I have a huge arsenal of books in my personal collection. However, there are a lot of people who find video to be a far better resource for them. These tutorials are a fantastic resource for anyone who’s learning style requires that. That being said, being a member of this site is so much more than the weekly tutorials. The funny stories and anecdotes from all the members is the added bonus for me. (I still giggle when I enter a hardware store, knowing that there are so many like me who get the weird looks and the strange questions regarding the items I am buying and why :)  —  And I CANNOT wait for the resin tutorial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I’m not sure what time Cindy usually posts tutorials, but I’m going to try to drag my butt out of bed early, before work, to watch it right away! ~Ellabella >> This comment was originally posted here: Leopard Cane Tutorial Video

I have been working with polymer clay for about 10 years (more seriously for the last 5 years), and I’m always trying to learn new techniques and come up with new projects. There is always something new to learn about polymer clay – such a versatile medium. I do a lot of “try outs” on my own, but find I save a lot of time by viewing your videos and reading about others experiences with the clay. Thanks. ~Dianne-B >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Color Recipes

That was a very well done explanation of your theory. You made me an instant believer and I’m changing my baking approach immediately. Thank you so much for taking the time to – not only answer my question – but to answer it so completely and with the scientific bent. That truly helped me. Again thanks. ~Jim-P >> This comment was originally posted here: Baking Polymer Clay

WOW! Thank you ALL so much! Thank You for your kind words about my hearts and Thank You for your WONDERFUL ideas and suggestions!! I had no idea that Ultra Light Sculpey expands as it bakes but that makes so much sense as to why the hearts are cracking. This is the best family ever! I can’t wait to be able to show you what they are really supposed to look like when I follow your wonderful suggestions. God Bless You All! Thank you so much Cindy! I sure am glad I found your site! ~Cheryl-V >> This comment was originally posted here: Cracking Heart Beads

Thank you SO much for the reply!! This has been honestly, the most helpful (and awesome!) polymer clay website I’ve found thus far! I’ll be sure to pick up an oven thermometer this weekend. I’m just very happy for this cornstarch method. ~Cordy-F >> This comment was originally posted here: How to Bake Polymer Clay

Thankfully I have not had problems with baking because I follow your Cindy’s methods. I think the my good results are due to using an oven thermometer and baking way longer than recommended. I bake everything at least an hour, longer if I am cooking thick beads. ~Anna-S >> This comment was originally posted here: How To Bake Polymer Clay Properly

Cindy – Honestly, I would be willing to pay a lot more for my membership! You have so many innovative, creative, and time saving tips that are such a great help! Most of my best selling jewelry has been, in one way or another, inspired by at least one of your videos! ~Carrie-W >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Tutor Videos

I thought at first, I couldn’t afford the monthly videos, but man was I wrong. I hardly notice the cost, and it only comes out once every quarter. The help of actually SEEING what Cindy is doing is beyond words. It’s one thing to tell someone in writing how to do a particular technique, but watching it is so much better. I am proud to say that I have now completed my collection of the videos Cindy has made with my purchase of the beginner’s course. It has been worth EVERY cent. Keep up the outstanding work Cindy and Doug. I’m here for the long haul. ~Ken-H >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Video Library

Really wish I’ve found Cindy’s web site a long time ago as I’ve been reading about polymer clay for over a year, but was always scared to jump into it. Cindy’s videos really made polymer clay a “user friendly” hobby :) ~Rada-F >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Tutorials

Cindy, I can only guess at the number of hours you and Doug put into the videos and website – you’re providing a needed service to the PC community. It’s pretty safe to say that most of us cannot afford to travel to take special classes so it’s wonderful to be able to sit in my jammies at home and learn from you. The best part is being able to view the instructions anytime again to refresh my memory on the technique. Keep up the GREAT instruction work on such timely PC and wire techniques. Best Regards. ~Lynn-V >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Learning

SPECIAL CLAY FAMILY: Ifama – Thank you for sharing with all of us. Your items are beautiful. You have shown and reminded us how wonderful Cindy is at teaching us all how we can take her videos and put our own personal touch on them. We can take and make something all our own thanks to Cindy. Cindy – I think we are the ones who are blessed to of found you. Thank you for everything I have learned and continue to learn. I have each and everyone of your videos from beginners on. I still continue to go back and watch all of them over and over learning even more each time. You do not have to be a beginner to get much needed information from the Beginner Polymer Clay Course. Even some parts that I had read about in books before, watching it on video helped me to understand it better. I also want to thank you for all the questions you have answered for me. You make me feel like no question is a silly question. Also thank you to all of the other members who have helped with my questions and concerns.  I feel like Cindy has made us all a part of a special little clay family where we can help each other. So I am sending all a special THANK YOU! Keep Claying. ~Peggy-B >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Tutorials

JEWELRY SELLING SUCCESS STORY: I am hoping to add a bead section to my Etsy shop, I have added a couple canes so far! I also just got my Google base up and running. Have a success story too! My designs are now being sold at TWO stores in my town, a gift shop and a beauty salon! Also, a couple of businesses have requested business cards to hand out! One of them is the person to call in my area for clothing alterations (she is really busy right now with formal dresses for high school dances) and the other owns the banquet hall where I’m having my wedding! Hopefully I’ll get some custom wedding jewelry orders there! Thanks for all your help Cindy, I do believe you played a big part in my success! ~Carrie-W >> This comment was originally posted here: Etsy Selling

CARING ENOUGH: I’ve had the clay breakdown around the holes of some of my beads and the problem always was that they were not cured enough. Sometimes I bake things twice just to be sure. Thank you Bette for your questions and sharing your problem and thank you Cindy for caring enough to answer. ~Melinda-H >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Bracelet Project
