NO SECRETS: Phaedrakat, you are so right about some people who are not willing to share their knowledge. It seems here that just about everyone WANTS to share their secrets and their ideas and solutions. And most give great feedback and encouragement. When I see someone give “a pat on the back” to a fellow artist it makes me feel inspired. I have learned so much more than how to play with my clay here. I have learned we all have a great support team and my hat goes off to Cindy!! ~Catalina >> @Catalina: Yes, Cindy has brought us all together at this great site. It has inspired me to clay again … I didn’t think it could be done! Even when I can’t clay, I can come here and see people exchanging ideas and helping each other with their tips and tricks and it’s a great thing to see. Lots of others are very “tight-lipped” about their processes. No help with them (unless you pay a BIG price!) Here, the friendly blog and advice are free. Cindy’s great video tutorials are nearly free. I mean, $3.32 a month is incredibly low! ~Phaedrakat >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Beads
SPOTLIGHT: Beautiful Sarah. What a great idea and so thoughtful! Love the colors too, so unique. I love the inspiration I get from this site. ~Dawn-B >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Cowboy Wedding

I’m looking forward to spending some time making those calla lilies Cindy. And btw – thank you for all the work you do helping us. I know I would not have been able to accomplish what I have done in such a short time if it weren’t for you and your tutorials and generous help. Thank you. ~Aims >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Library
I held out for quite a while thinking it was an additional expense I could not afford. Finally decided that an extra $9.95 was not going to break me and I’m so happy that I did join. It is sometimes the little things you do that make your projects look so much better and Cindy gives us all her tricks of the trade. I’ve made buttons before but never made them using Saran Wrap over the clay. What a difference. Another favorite was using the Adirondack inks for the Jellyroll Cane. Nice to have another use for my craft supplies. I would urge anyone to give up one movie a month, or one magazine, or anything else that equates to about $3.50 a month and join in the fun. I’ve been following your site for quite a while now Cindy and thank you for being so generous with your free advice. It must give you a sense of great satisfaction knowing you are helping others enjoy their craft. You are much appreciated. ~Janet-A >> This comment was originally posted here: Leopard Cane Tutorial Video

I’m really enjoying the videos and the blog, feel like I’ve signed up for a bit of info and instead have received a wealth of knowledge in return. With the ideas generated by the members (such a supportive bunch); of course everything you’re offering from basic practical tips to beautiful, current techniques… I’m truly inspired and feel so fortunate to have come across your site. Thanks again for the wonderful teaching tool you’ve created. You share your knowledge in such a professional, yet warm way – the care you take in what you offer your members is highlighted through your sense of detail and attention given to every inquiry. This has been just what I needed, what a great experience! Bye for now. ~Danette-K >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I never knew it was so easy! Now I can make those surf bracelets for my sons and their friends also!! God knows I’ve made enough beads over the months and now they will have a purpose. Your tutorial is so clear and easy to follow as usual. All the best. ~Cara-L >> This comment was originally posted here: Making Wire Cord Ends

Bravo Kim! Your letter to Cindy describes me exactly, from trying many craft areas and getting bored, to finding Cindy, and even right down to the first Etsy sale! I got my first this morning after only 2 days of my items being listed! So, I can share in your excitement and wish you the best! And I will be sure to check out your store! ~Carrie-W >> This comment was originally posted here: Home Jewelry Business

GOD BLESS YOU, CINDY LIETZ!!! I have been waiting for this video but knew you would only share it when the technique was perfected. Cuz, that’s how you are. You make the mistakes so we don’t have to. For anyone who has not joined as a member, this is something you definitely should do. The monthly fee is minimal and you will save that amount in aggravation. ~Anna-S >> This comment was originally posted here: Faux Raku Polymer Clay
OK now you’ve got my mind going 90 to nothing!!! And me here at work instead of home in my studio! I’ve been making some of those hammered copper bookmarks that you featured a while back and needed something that was more masculine. I can also see where this would be great for doing personalized items… hmmmmm… I THINK I can see how you did these so I’m going to go home and play! I’ll let you know if they turn out. ~Arlene-H >> This comment was originally posted here: Graffiti Fashion Jewelry
I watched the Calla Lily video and can’t wait to get started making these beads. Thanks so much, Cindy. You help make the weekends even better than they were before. I love Friday! ~Carol-C >> This comment was originally posted here: Making Calla Lily Beads
Dear Cindy, Very cool! I have seen turquoise beads made in books, but it helps so very much to actually SEE it done! I will use this method when my inner child comes out and really wants to make mud pies! (or when I want to make turquoise-like jewelry!) :) I really like your longer videos like this one. I really get absorbed into what you are saying and doing. I always wish the videos weren’t over yet when they are, because you are such a nice person to listen to, you are so delightful, and your videos are so easy to watch with so much good information within. Thanks for showing us this method. :) ~Cindy-E >> This comment was originally posted here: How To Make Faux Turquoise Beads
