Hi, Cindy — Thanks for getting back to me so quickly (as you always do). You gave me just the answer I was hoping for, because I was afraid that a sealant would take away from the leather effect. Thanks for the link to your article on acrylic paints and polymer clay — don’t know how I missed it the first time. Have a great weekend! ~Sherry-L >> This comment was originally posted here: Faux Leather Techniques

I think your butterflies are spectacular, Ifama. Love the colours. Isn’t it nice to be able to see others completed work here? I just love this site. How any one can be lonely or bored with so much to do beats me. Keep up the lovely work. We are so lucky to have a teacher like Cindy who puts her all into everything, don’t know how she does it, yes does she ever sleep. Thank you so much Cindy XXXXX. ~Elizabeth-K >> This comment was originally posted here: Butterfly Pendant Tutorial

Bette, I love your bracelet and am sorry to see that it was not strong enough for your daughter’s use. But, she loved it so much that it had to go to bed with her! My granddaughters do much the same and I always hold my breath for morning. With Cindy’s sage advice I’m sure you will be able to do another that will be lasting. Thanks for sharing, Bette. And Thank You, Cindy for all the information here. There is so much to learn and what fun, except for the disappointments but they are all learning tools. Love this blog. ~Joyce-M >> This comment was originally posted here: Cracking Flat Beads

Hi Cindy, My subscription was canceled in error. I think due to the fact that my credit card on file with paypal expired. I’ve since updated my card on paypal. I would love it if you could reinstate it. Your site is way to valuable to me to cancel! Keep up the good work!!! ~Tressa-P >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Library

Hi there! I just spent the last 15 minutes or so perusing your blog, I love how you have it set up! VERY nice and conducive to reading through lots of posts quickly, fabulous!! Everything you write about is great and very informative even for people who are not a polymer clay artist, but just someone who likes to craft!! :) ~Lisa-C >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Artists

Cindy, I am hooked on Polymer Clay and your website. I have purchased almost all of your video lessons and have learned sooooooo much. ~Cyndig >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Tutorials on Video

On your main mica shift pendant you have some type of ring thing at the top that your jump ring goes through. Is this some kind of metal ring or is it also made from clay. If it is clay can you tell us how you did it? If it is metal please explain that. I really like the finished look of this rather than the jump ring going through just a hole in the pendant.  Thanks for your help on this. If I missed it somewhere, please let me know that also. You are great and so responsive.  There is tons of stuff on the web about polymer clay but it is so good to have just this one place to find the answers and very clear instructions. Thanks! ~Carolyn-F >> This comment was originally posted here: Mica Shift Pendants

I’m really enjoying the site and wish I’d become a member this last summer when I started claying. ~Rose-M >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Videos

Hi Everyone, This Christmas is definitely different than last years. Here I am sitting at my computer 5:30 in the morning with my coffee, anxious to see what’s new. This past year has been full of up and downs as most of you know. But looking forward every Friday to Cindy’s wonderful Videos is always the first thing I do. She is such a kind and wonderful teacher. I know she probably does not realize how important what she did for me was. I know it made the difference on whether or not to unpack my clay or give it away. I am happy that I did not give it away. Well things are starting to happen fast here with me, and its due to the support and kindness of Cindy and every single person in this community. So if anybody reading this has the opportunity to become a member please do so. You will not regret it. I am truly lucky to have found this site. So Cindy thanks again and Happy Holidays to everyone. :-) ~Jackie-N >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Community
