If you are already a library member, and you already know your username / password, then much of the information on this page may be review for you. A bit further down is where I provide specific instructions on how you can navigate to the videos and recipes that you just purchased.
If you are brand new to this library site, there are 2 important email messages from me (Cindy Lietz, Polymer Clay Tutor)** that you must retrieve right away. These are in addition to the payment receipt messages.
In one of the emails is a confirmation link that you must click on in order to be notified when new videos and recipes are added to your library account. Only brand new customers will receive this message.
The other email, also just for brand new customers, contains your library USERNAME and PASSWORD.
If you did not receive your username and password, there is a “Lost Your Password?” link near the top of the right navigation sidebar on this page.
You must be logged in with your username and password for your paid videos and A-series color recipes to show. The login area is at the top of the right side navigation bar. Just look up on this page and you will see it there.
Existing members may already be logged in, if you did not log out since your last session here at the the library.
When you are logged in, a “Dashboard” link will appear right where the log-in form was previously showing. Clicking on the “Dashboard” link will take you to “Your Profile” page where you can change your password to something that is easy for you to remember. IMPORTANT: Please note that whenever you update your password, you must always click on the “Update Profile” button at the very bottom of the Dashboard Profile page. If you don’t click on the “Update Profile” button, your attempt to change the password will not stick.
Now in regards to finding the videos that you just purchased, for the most current content, simply go to the the Polymer Clay Tutor home page.
And for the back issues, use the BACK-ISSUES link in the very top navigation bar of this site. When you are at the back issues pages, simply scroll or navigate to the package you purchased, and look for the reference that says… If You Already Own This Volume.
